Professional Projects
The following update is from my performing arts academy, Brisbane Acting and Drama and it will keep you up-to-date with the latest industry projects I am working on, students and graduate success.
Which of these professional projects did you enjoy the most?
Working with Channels 7 and 9? Making movies with The Steve Jaggi Company, Screen Queensland and Screen Australia or making commercials?!
These are only a handful of amazing companies we have had the pleasure of working with over the years.
We have also completed projects for Queensland Tourism, worked with AFL Australia as well as Australian and overseas based media companies.
Streaming Now!
Our projects have been published on major streaming services and are available to watch, rent or buy like Streamline, Swimming for Gold, Mistletoe Ranch, Jo VS Carole, God’s Favorite Idiot, Young Rock, Monsters and so many more.

Awards and Achievements
We have received recognition from Trinity College London for our outstanding examination results and for well over a decade our students have consistently excelled in this space, topping Brisbane, Queensland and Australia.
Our students and graduates have successfully auditioned and gained entry to some of the most prestigious tertiary arts institutions such as NYU in New York, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Hollywood, Griffith University Conservatorium in Brisbane and many more including Brent Street, VCA and QUT.
Industry
Our graduates are based locally in Australia and internationally in the USA and Europe and work across all areas of the performing arts including performing, writing, producing, broadcasting, journalism, photography, design, lighting and sound.
Some of our alumni are permanent working actors at Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast and The Australian Outback Spectacular, holding leading roles in internationally acclaimed shows for over 5 years. They also often feature in Australian theatre, musicals, opera and jazz as well as TV commercials and advertising campaigns.
Philanthropy
Our philanthropic endeavours extend to supporting several charities that advocate for youth rights, including Plan Australia, World Vision and Save the Children. We also support The Smith Family, Fred Hollows Foundation, Grace Tame Foundation, Daniel Morcombe Foundation, UN Women, RSPCA Queensland among others.
Our Studio's Success
We are a working studio with a proven track record of student success, inside the classroom and on the world stage. Our students are passionate, hard-working and devoted to their craft. The training they receive with us is unmatched due to the personalized approach, bespoke programs and industry guidance they receive. We a proud of all of our students and graduates for their continued contribution to the arts and are looking forward to the next creative endeavour!

We Feature in an Olympic Commercial!
Studio Director, Marianna Psaltis and her students worked with the Optical Superstore on their Paris Olympics campaign which first aired during the opening ceremony and continues throughout the games and beyond.
The team travelled to a pristine location shoot at Tamborine and worked alongside media companies and other creatives to construct this child-centred, Olympic themed commercial.
The commercial is set at a school running race with a background of cheering students, parents and friends. During the race a student trips and falls, played by Rafael. The hero of the story, Ellora, displays great sportsmanship as she assists the fallen and encourages him to finish the race. The supporters cheer this victorious moment!
You’ll see the studio team, including Director, Marianna Psaltis in the commercial. Currently our videography and photography are airing nationally.
Our commercial debuted during the Paris Olympics opening ceremony and continues to run on 7 Plus and 9 NOW as well as on all social media platforms.
